We know that planning a wedding is usually the most expensive event anyone creates, so we want you to know "up front" all the costs involved so you can make informed choices.
While our Packages offer great deals for those wanting a "total price" with nothing to worry about, here are the prices for all the elements you can either expect at Ainsworth House or which we can arrange for you:
Reception event - 4 hours $3,000
Wedding - 1 hour $1,250
Extra time - per hour $500
Chair covers+ Sash - each $5
Gold or Silver Charger Plates - each $1
Extra regular linen - per table $7.50
Extra Damask Linen 84"x 84" - each $15
Extra Damask Linen 120" round, each $25
Bistro tables* - each $15
Ice Carving (your choice of design) $275 upwards
Horse and carriage - from $350
Catering per person from $15 upwards
Corkage fees or cake cutting fees $zero
All weddings at Ainsworth House & Gardens are coordinated by the wonderful staff at Liberty Events (LibertyEvents@msn.com) So whether you book a package or use the A La Carte selection, you will have the benefits of their extensive experience as wedding planners.
They are also excellent florists, so you might also want to discuss your flower needs with them.
* These and other items not owned by Ainsworth House, such as tents, will also be subject to a delivery charge from the rental company used. All rentals must be arranged through Liberty Events staff so that they can coordinate delivery and pickup with our facility schedule. There are no "up charges" on these or other items we arrange for you.
